Pacifico

This project was born from a meeting between JS, LS, and GD - venturing into their first experience in the world of fine dining - and architect Simone Colombo. The vision was already well-defined and enriched by Marsica Fossati’s interior design, but it needed guidance. All the pieces were scattered on the table; it was simply a matter of putting them together to complete the picture. Imagine boarding a transatlantic voyage from Japan to the Peruvian coast. The ocean waves won’t always be calm, but that’s part of the adventure. And if you're particularly lucky, the captain might invite you below deck - right above the bilge - where the real fun begins.
