Ofelé

The Ofelè project was born in 2018 at ALMA, the international Italian cooking school in Colorno, from the meeting of Pastry Chef Linda Chirico and Architect Simone Colombo. This encounter sparked a creative synergy and a shared vision, leading to the opening of the first Ofelè store in Porto Ceresio (VA) in December 2019, followed by a second store in Lavena Ponte Tresa in July 2022. The architectural design embraces a neoclassical style, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. A carefully curated palette of colours and materials invites visitors on a journey into the enchanting world of Ofelè - a world shaped by design, detail, care, patience, and passion, all fuelled by the pure energy of a smile.Every element - the furnishings, materials, lighting, and music - is meticulously designed to harmonise with the artistry of Pastry Chef Linda Chirico’s creations. Antique rose, oxidised brass, ribbed glass, wood, Calacatta marble, terrazzo, velvet, and tulips. Lots of tulips. And when you step into Ofelè, don’t forget to look up. If you’re lucky, at tea time, you just might catch a glimpse of the White Rabbit.
